Stamp Duty only Rs. 100

Housing society undergoing redevelopment will pay nominal stamp duty on the permanent accommodation allotted as part of the project.

Earlier stamp duty was paid twice viz.,

1. Developer paid stamp duty on the development agreement for the rehabilitation component and

2. Members paid charges on permanent alternate allotment agreement (PAAA).
